At TEDIM, protecting your family's privacy — and especially your children's — is our top priority. TEDIM is an educational platform for children offering video lessons and interactive quizzes aligned with school curricula.
This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use and protect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. By using the TEDIM app, you agree to the practices described below.
TEDIM is an educational application operated for families. An account is created and managed by a parent or legal guardian, who remains responsible for the child's use of the app.
Account data (parent): name, email address and, where applicable, sign-in information.
Child profile: first name or nickname, school level and age range, entered by the parent to tailor content.
Learning data: videos watched, quiz answers, response times, progress, scores and exam results.
Technical data: device type, language, log data and identifiers needed to run the service.
Payment data: payments are handled by a secure payment provider. We do not store your card numbers.
Provide and operate the service, including video playback and quizzes.
Personalise the learning path and adapt content to the child's level.
Track progress and give parents clear statistics.
Manage subscriptions, payments and customer support.
Improve and secure the platform, and notify you of important changes.
TEDIM is designed to be a safe space. Accounts are created and supervised by an adult. We do not knowingly collect data from a child without a parent's involvement.
We do not show targeted behavioural advertising to children, and we do not sell or rent children's data to third parties for commercial purposes.
We process data based on the consent you give us, the performance of our contract with you (providing the service and subscription), and our legal obligations.
We share data only with trusted providers that help us deliver the service: video hosting, cloud hosting, payment providers and strictly necessary analytics tools.
We may disclose data when required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
We use cookies and browser local storage to keep your authentication session, remember your preferences (such as language) and ensure the app works correctly.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. As no system is completely secure, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or to meet our legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to request its portability.
To exercise these rights or delete your account, contact us at the address below.
Some of our providers may be located outside your country. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data receives an appropriate level of protection.
We may update this policy. If we make a significant change, we will notify you via the app or by email. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page.
